Earning KrisFlyer miles
To earn KrisFlyer miles:
- Book your cruise through krisflyercruise.com, via the enquiry form, WhatsApp, LINE, email, phone, or chat.
- Provide a valid KrisFlyer membership number. Ensure the KrisFlyer member is the lead guest on the booking and the name matches the KrisFlyer account.
You’ll earn 2 KrisFlyer miles per 1 USD spent on the cruise fare.
Excluded from earning: port expenses, government taxes, gratuities, onboard spending, shore excursions.
No. Only one KrisFlyer member per cabin is eligible to earn KrisFlyer miles, and pooling of KrisFlyer miles is strictly prohibited.
KrisFlyer miles will be credited within approximately 4 weeks after the successful completion of the cruise.
No. KrisFlyer miles are only earned on the cruise fare. Port charges, taxes, gratuities, excursions, and other add-ons are excluded.
No. You must book through KrisFlyer Cruise to earn KrisFlyer miles.
Yes. You can redeem KrisFlyer miles towards a cruise. However, you will not earn KrisFlyer miles when using your miles for payment.
Yes. If you amend your cruise booking through KrisFlyer Cruise and the change results in a higher fare, you will earn miles on the additional amount. Miles are awarded based on the final fare paid.
The lead passenger of each cabin will earn the KrisFlyer miles for that specific cabin.
Miles are awarded based on the lead passenger at the time of sailing. The name must match the KrisFlyer membership used.

Redeeming KrisFlyer miles
Only KrisFlyer members can redeem their miles for cruise bookings through KrisFlyer Cruise. Members must be successfully authenticated before redeeming miles.
The minimum redemption amount is 1,000 KrisFlyer miles per transaction.
The redemption rate is 200 KrisFlyer miles per USD 1 spent on the cruise fare, subject to a minimum of 1,000 miles per transaction.
KrisFlyer miles can be used to cover cruise fare only. Port charges, taxes, gratuities, excursions, and other add-ons must be paid in cash.
No. Miles can only be redeemed by the primary KrisFlyer account holder. The member must be the lead passenger on the first cabin and be present on the cruise.
No. Cruise bookings made using KrisFlyer miles do not earn additional KrisFlyer miles.
No. KrisFlyer miles cannot be combined with any other loyalty or rewards programs for redemption.
KrisFlyer miles redeemed are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as provided under the cancellation policy.
KrisFlyer miles can be used to cover part or all of the cruise fare, excluding port expenses, government taxes, gratuities, onboard spending, and shore excursions.
KrisFlyer miles will first be used to cover the deposit amount. If insufficient, the remaining balance must be paid in cash.
No. Once the miles have been redeemed and the booking created, the payment method cannot be changed.
If your miles don't cover the total fare, you can pay the remaining balance in cash before the final payment deadline.
You can choose the number of miles to redeem on the checkout page or via a KrisFlyer Cruise agent.
Unless specifically stated, bookings made using KrisFlyer miles are not eligible for additional discounts or promotions.
Yes, but modifications or cancellations may incur additional fees, which must be paid in cash.
A USD 50 per person cancellation fee applies to any cruise booking cancelled by the member.
If eligible for a refund, miles will be returned to your account. Refunds may take up to 12 weeks.
Refunds are issued in the same proportion as the original payment (e.g., 70% miles, 30% cash).
No. Refunded KrisFlyer miles retain their original expiry date.
Refunded KrisFlyer miles will be credited to your KrisFlyer Cruise account for future use. Partial cash refunds (minus the USD 50 fee) will also be credited for future bookings.

KrisFlyer Cruise cannot assist with visa requirements; however, we can provide general advice if requested. KrisFlyer Cruise can assist with travel insurance depending on the member’s country of residence. Please contact KrisFlyer Cruise for more information, as travel insurance is not available in certain countries.
No. KrisFlyer Cruise only offers cruise bookings. Pre and post-cruise arrangements such as hotel stays or transfers are not available through KrisFlyer Cruise and do not earn KrisFlyer miles.
No. Cruise bookings are handled through KrisFlyer Cruise, and booking confirmations will be sent directly to you via email from KrisFlyer Cruise.
