Although KrisFlyer Cruise - the cruise partner of Singapore Airlines takes all care in informing members and guests of the most up to date and correct information, it remains the responsibility of clients to ensure that they are familiar with all terms and conditions relating to individual travel products, visa and immigration, health and customs requirements associated with their travel.

Following is an overview of general items for you to consider in relation to your travel, however the overview may not be absolute in its content and clients must thoroughly check all details in regard to their travel plan. KrisFlyer Cruise is happy to assist you in regard to any clarifications or other information you require.

All reservations are made in accordance with current schedules. Any change in scheduling or delays and the resulting impact on arrangements are not the responsibility of Singapore Airlines..

Quotes are generally valid for 24 hours, however, please check at time of enquiry.

The amounts displayed exclude any credit card merchant fee surcharges.

Cruises are subject to price and schedule change without notice and subject to availability.

Terms and conditions apply to all bookings. It is the responsibility of the client to request and familiarise themselves with the terms and conditions for their particular travel.

Your booking may be cancelled if the deposit and / or final payment is not received by the required date stipulated by the supplier.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure booking details are correct and all passenger names are correct and match passports. Name changes and booking changes incur penalties.

All government fees, port charges, surcharges and taxes are subject to change without notice until final payment is made, and tickets have been issued.

Cancellation and amendment fees apply to all bookings once a deposit has been received.

Before travel, it is recommended that you consult with relevant authorities and healthcare professionals for up-to-date advice and recommendations. This helps ensure a safe and informed trip, particularly regarding health, safety, and potential travel restrictions.

KrisFlyer Cruise strongly recommends that clients purchase adequate travel insurance cover for their destinations.

 

Earning miles with KrisFlyer Cruise

KrisFlyer miles are earned at a rate of 2 KrisFlyer miles per USD 1 spent on the cruise fare only. Port expenses, government taxes, gratuities, onboard spend, and shore excursion costs are excluded from earning KrisFlyer miles. A valid KrisFlyer membership number must be provided at the time of booking, and the first/given name and last/family name in the KrisFlyer account must match the lead guest travelling for KrisFlyer miles to be credited. Only one KrisFlyer member per cabin will earn KrisFlyer miles. Earned KrisFlyer miles will be credited to your KrisFlyer account approximately within 4 weeks of the successful completion of your cruise. KrisFlyer Cruise sells cruises and cruise ancillary products available via the Booking Channels.

KrisFlyer Cruise will handle your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy. Singapore Airlines will handle your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

KrisFlyer Cruise and Singapore Airlines reserve the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time.

20% KRISFLYER BONUS MILES

  • The promotion is applicable for qualifying new bookings (as defined hereinafter). Members will earn 20% KrisFlyer miles on all Europe cruise sailings during the promotional period. In other words, KrisFlyer members will earn points at a rate of 2.4 miles per USD 1 spent on the cruise fare for qualifying bookings during the promotional period (as opposed to the usual rate of 2 KrisFlyer miles per USD 1 spent). For example, during the promotional period, a KrisFlyer member who makes a qualifying booking where the cruise fare is USD 5,000, will earn a total of 12,000 KrisFlyer miles.
  • Port expenses, government taxes, gratuities, onboard spending, and shore excursions are not eligible for earning KrisFlyer miles.
  • A booking made is a "Qualifying Booking" if it meets all of the following requirements:
    1. the booking is a new booking made on 5+ night duration Europe cruise through KrisFlyer Cruise during the promotional period between 1st October and 31 October 2025 (inclusive);
    2. Europe cruise sailings include select sailings embarking or disembarking in a European port between 16 November 2025 to 31 December 2026 (inclusive).
    3. the booking is made by a KrisFlyer member;
    4. a valid KrisFlyer membership number is provided at the time of booking, and the first/given name and last/family name in the corresponding KrisFlyer account matches the lead guest travelling; and
    5. the booking is confirmed and fully paid for in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
  • Only one KrisFlyer member per cabin is eligible to earn KrisFlyer miles.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions.
  • KrisFlyer miles will be credited to your account within approximately 4 weeks after the successful completion of the cruise.

  • Singapore Airlines shall not be liable in connection with any bookings made with KrisFlyer Cruise, including without limitation for any loss, damage, or delay in connection with the award of KrisFlyer miles.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The Singapore courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
  • No components included in this offer have any monetary value, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

KrisFlyer Cruise Redemption Launch Campaign


Terms and Conditions (“Campaign Terms”)



Campaign Introduction

  1. This “KrisFlyer Cruise Redemption Launch Campaign” (“Campaign”) is jointly organised by Singapore Airlines Limited (“SIA”) and Our Vacation Centre Pty Ltd (“OVC”).
  2. The Campaign is only valid in Singapore from 12:01am (GMT+8) on 4 May 2026 to 11:59pm (GMT+8) on 30 May 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

Eligibility and Participation Conditions

  1. During the Promotional Period, KrisFlyer Members who make a booking for a cruise operated by any of the participating cruise lines on the KrisFlyer Cruise webpage and redeem their KrisFlyer Miles to partially or fully offset the fare (“Eligible Booking”) will be automatically enrolled into the Campaign.
  2. The Reward of 5% miles back on cruise fare (excluding government fees, taxes, and port expenses) is limited to the first 50 Eligible Bookings made during the Promotional Period.
  3. In order to receive the Reward, KrisFlyer Members must enter the correct KrisFlyer membership number during checkout for each Eligible Booking at KrisFlyer Cruise webpage. Only one KrisFlyer membership number may be submitted per Eligible Booking. Any Reward will be credited solely to the same KrisFlyer account used to redeem the KrisFlyer Miles for the Eligible Booking.
  4. All Eligible Bookings are subject to availability.
  5. Any Eligible Bookings that are cancelled will not be eligible for the Reward under this Campaign.
  6. For avoidance of doubt, only KrisFlyer Members who make an Eligible Booking directly on KrisFlyer Cruise webpage are eligible for the Reward under this Campaign. Bookings made through other third-party travel agents or intermediaries will not constitute Eligible Bookings and will not be eligible for the Reward under this Campaign.

Miles Reward Conditions

  1. The maximum Reward a KrisFlyer Member may receive is capped at 15,000 miles per Eligible Booking, regardless of the number of KrisFlyer Miles redeemed for the Eligible Booking.
  2. KrisFlyer Members will not receive any Reward under this Campaign in respect of any cash component of the Eligible Booking, including but not limited to any payments made in cash, any applicable government taxes, tax recovery charges, supplier fees, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees, port expenses, or other miscellaneous fees paid in cash in conjunction with the Eligible Booking.
  3. Rewards received under this Campaign do not count towards Elite Miles accumulation or PPS Value calculation. KrisFlyer Members are not authorised to earn KrisFlyer Miles on behalf of another individual. Any Reward received under this Campaign during the Promotional Period will be automatically credited to the relevant KrisFlyer account within 1 month of the end of the Promotional Period.

Complimentary Hotel Stay Conditions

  1. The first cruise booking made each week during the promotion period using a combination of KrisFlyer miles and cash will be eligible for a complimentary 3-night hotel stay in Sydney or Melbourne.

    Promotion Week Period:

    Week 1: 4 – 9 May

    Week 2: 11 – 16 May

    Week 3: 18 – 23 May

    Week 4: 25 – 30 May

  2. The hotel stay will be arranged at a pre-selected property, and is subject to availability. Bookings must be made by 30 June 2026, with travel completed by 15 December 2026.
  3. The hotel stay is non-changeable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
  4. If the winner cancels the original qualifying KrisFlyer cruise booking, an administration fee of USD 300 will apply for the 3-night hotel stay, regardless of whether the hotel stay is utilised or cancelled.
  5. This offer is subject to availability and is accurate at the time of publication but may be changed at any time without prior notice. It cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
  6. In the event that no qualifying cruise booking is made during any given promotion week, the complimentary 3-night hotel stay for that week will not be awarded.

General Terms

  1. The Campaign may not be used with other discount coupons, promotions or special offers. Eligible Bookings made under the Campaign are not eligible for rewards points / mileage / cashback / other benefits under any rewards / mileage / cashback / similar programme offered by third party marketing affiliates of OVC.
  2. All Rewards received under this Campaign throughout the Promotional Period are subject to the KrisFlyer programme terms and conditions.
  3. By participating in the Campaign, each KrisFlyer Member agrees to comply with and be bound by these Campaign Terms, SIA’s conditions of use of website, each of SIA and OVC’s Privacy Policy, KrisFlyer programme terms and conditions, and KrisFlyer Cruise website’s Terms of Use (collectively, “Terms & Conditions”). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these Terms & Conditions may result in the KrisFlyer Member being disqualified at any stage of the Campaign, and any Rewards received may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
  4. By participating in the Campaign, each KrisFlyer Member consents to the collection, use, disclosure and processing by SIA and OVC of any and all personal data that the KrisFlyer Member submits or otherwise makes available to SIA and/or OVC, for the purposes indicated in SIA’s privacy policy and OVC’s privacy policy and for administering this Campaign. All collection, use, disclosure and processing of the KrisFlyer Member’s personal data by SIA shall be in accordance with SIA’s privacy policy.
  5. To the extent permitted under applicable law, neither SIA nor OVC will be responsible or liable for any consequences that any KrisFlyer Member may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment), or that results in any infringement of any law or regulation, by participating in this Campaign.
  6. Each of SIA and OVC reserves the right to vary these Campaign Terms and/or terminate or otherwise amend this Campaign, without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion. All decisions made by SIA and OVC in respect of any matter relating to this Campaign shall be final and conclusive.
  7. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms & Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity or other materials relating to or in connection with the Campaign, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
  8. These Campaign Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
